Having custom made plaques for our team, each one individually personalised is a great thing to be able to have done and not many places that can do this. I had a excellent experience. I thought their customer service was excellent due to their prompt replies at all stages and due to their use of pictures to aid in the production of our custom challenge coins. The craftsmanship and precision that was shown during the production process to illustrate a detailed clan crest was high quality. If they haven’t got it they will manufacture it or source it for you. Nothing is too much trouble. And if you want replica medals or originals mounted for Anzac Day, don’t wait until the day before, you may be disappointed.
